Mildoo is scrappy Toad with a particular affinity for making money, though he is not particularly good at it. He runs various attractions under the umbrella of Mildoo's Minigames around Gearonia. Mildoo has no known friends or relatives and his motives for amassing his wealth are unknown.

Mildoo's personality is largely defined by his greed. While his business ventures are rarely successful, his unending perserverance allows him to continue conjure new ideas in an effort to increase his wealth. He tries to put on a kind persona to potential customers, but the mask drops once he realizes they are not going to make a purchase.
